HE BELONGS BEHIND BARS
MAINER’S MIDNIGHT MISCHIEF AND STREAM-SOGGED DEER MEAT TRIGGER 23 CHARGES

In a wild Somerset County caper, the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife wrapped up a monthslong deer-chasing drama that kicked off in November of last year. As part of some good police work, game wardens have since nabbed five suspects, slapped them with 31 summonses, and snagged four deer from their clutches. From midnight hunts to tossed venison in tote-tastic stream dumps, this crew’s antics kept wardens busy to say the least.

The star of this chaos is, as of right now, an unnamed Somerset County man who has now racked up 23 charges for a plethora of wildlife violations. Some of his long list of charges include night hunting, Sunday hunting violations, hunting without a license, over bait, from a car, plus a side of criminal trespass, theft, littering deer guts and a side order of illegal animal transport…

WANDERINGS // A SFW GLIMPSE OF OUR BROWSER HISTORY

I grew up in Ontario and had the privilege of chasing Canadian nightcrawlers myself, especially if the corner store happened to be out of the styrofoam-encased delights. We never got paid for it other than slaying bass from the shore later that same day but as it turns out, it’s a big industry in my home and native land. Unfortunately today, labor shortages might be threatening the worm hunters of southern Ontario. Frank Sinatra did some wild sh*t back in the day, but seldom was punished for it. That is until one performance in which he absolutely bashed Mexico left him banned from entering the country. Despite going deaf at a young age, Beethoven had a host of other issues that many believe lead to his untimely death at just 56 years-old. Now, researchers are using his hair follicles in an attempt to pinpoint what killed the musical genius some 200 years later. And 15 somewhat unbelievable facts that are shockingly true.
